Chetwynd to build third seniors housing project this year
CSCHS plans a 20 unit seniors building beside Surerus Place amid Chetwynd’s housing shortage. Council member Rochelle Galbraith announced the project on February 20 with an estimated 5 million dollar cost and potential funding from SEED and BC Housing. The plan follows Surerus Place’s success and includes possible professional input and a 12 to 18 month construction window.
