Canada Post cuts rural post office hours in BC and Yukon
In December the Canada Post Corporation announced reductions in rural post office hours across British Columbia and Yukon. Twenty-nine offices will lose a total of 151.5 hours weekly, including Chetwynd losing 10 hours, Polce Coupe 4 hours, and Hudson's Hope 4 hours. CPAA criticizes the move as further dismantling rural service.
