Seniors' Independence grant funds BC hospice project
The British Columbia Hospice Palliative Care Association receives 70000 from Social Service Programs Health and Welfare Canada to support the Seniors Advisory Committee on Hospice and Palliative Care. The association, started in 1983, aims to boost senior involvement, resource development, and access to hospice services across the province, with roles including surveys and advocacy.
