Cottonwood Court Nears Completion by March 2002
Van Maren Construction nears finish on Cottonwood Court, a 24 unit complex begun in August. Keys are expected by March 20 2002 with move in starting by April 1 2002 and landscaping remaining. CWRS has 30 applications for units, prioritized for low income, abused women, and disabled applicants.
