Chetwynd Echo year in review outlines local changes
A December 31 2014 recap highlights events from March including a body found behind Northern Lights College RCMP notes no suspicion and cold weather factors. Projects include a $4.16 million Chetwynd town hall with $4.7 million total funding and a $250000 grant to convert the town hall into a visitor information centre. Teachers vote 89 percent in favour of job action and the Royal Canadian Legion branch 258 faces closure with limited community support.
