Chetwynd plan eyed for two phase gas to methanol refinery

Aeolis Wind Power Corp. chief Jürgen Puetter plans a multibillion dollar two phase project in Chetwynd to build a $2.5 billion natural gas based refinery, then a $1.8 billion methanol plant using ExxonMobil licensed tech. The proposal draws on local land, First Nations backing, and Apache power needs, with Methanex veterans on board.
