Little Lights Daycare to close two months for staffing
Chetwynd Little Lights Daycare will shut for two months into the new year due to a staffing shortage. The board seeks a full time Early Childcare Educator while two current staff hold ECE diplomas but are not full time. Enrichment teacher Luisa Suverus acts temporarily but will phase out by June. The centre aims to reopen by Feb 20, 2012, but warns a summer closure is possible if qualified staff are not found.
