Ramada Inn proposed for Chetwynd to ease shortage
The District of Chetwynd received a development permit request for a four story Ramada Inn with 58 units on the North Access Road west of the Red Lion. It would include a meeting room landscaped site with trees and shrubs and RV parking. Local sports clubs have canceled tournaments due to full hotels. The project aims to boost accommodations for the community and sports teams. Architect says construction could begin soon.
