Plant Care For Tying Damage And Bareroot Planting
Check garden stakes and ties for stability and bark safety on evergreens and tree roses. Anchor newly planted evergreen Christmas trees to resist winter winds while roots establish next year. During lull in storms, plant bareroot roses trees and shrubs and blend old manure into soil for warmth and root growth. Consider silhouettes and shadows of plants to add dimension to winter design.
