Lone Prairie receives long awaited recycling bins pilot
Lions Recycling delivered a pilot recycling bin system to Lone Prairie after residents pressed for one for years. The bins, similar to those in Dawson Creek Fort St John and Hudsons Hope, hold four bags for newspaper office paper plastic and tin cans with a separate cardboard bin. Lions Recycling will maintain collection and bag changes while The Depot bears the project costs. Paquette calls it a pilot and aims to expand if successful.
