Parolee Mackenzie Setter seen in Peace region amid safety concerns
RCMP say convicted sex offender Mackenzie Setter may have residence in the Peace region though monitored by a Facebook group of over 4200 locals. Reports say he was spotted in Dawson Creek August 7, Chetwynd August 13, Moberly Lake and Tumbler Ridge twice that week, with safety warnings from students and teachers. Police note he is not allowed to move residence and remains under high risk offender supervision in Edmonton.
