Electrification Planned for B C Rail Tumbler Ridge Line
BC Rail wins approval to electrify the 130 kilometre Tumbler Ridge branch from Mansac to Tumbler Ridge using 90 kilovolt systems. The project makes it the third such line worldwide and aligns with a BC Hydro 240 kilovolt transmission corridor.
