Roman mine expansion plans in Tumbler Ridge outlined
Bill Bennett, Roland Willson and Anglo American CEO Mark Cutliani break ground on the Roman project. The expansion adds 100 temporary construction jobs and extends the 450 current Trend Mine workers. The mine aims to produce two to four million tonnes of steel making coal annually while funding caribou protection and First Nations partnership.
