Tuition fees jump up to fifty five percent in some programs
Ottawa reports a 7.4 per cent overall rise in 2003/04 with dentistry fees climbing as much as 55 per cent. BC students face a 25.7 per cent increase, while Manitoba and Québec hold most fees steady and Newfoundland and Labrador see reductions.
