Pathfinders Pass Tests At Postponed Swim Test
The Pathfinder Club of the Seventh Day Adventist Church organized 33 children for swimming lessons in Hudson Hope from July 4 to 13. Test Day on July 14 was delayed to August 7 when 18 remained and 14 passed. Early Sunday a 1967 Chevrolet Biscayne headed west on highway 97 veered after a flat tire, rolled over, and dumped two passengers with head and back injuries. George Tokar of Chetwynd was the driver.
