Northern Medical Program leader bikes to Tumbler Ridge
Dr David Snadden arrived in Tumbler Ridge after a 400 kilometer journey from Prince George to thank the community for its support of the Northern Medical Program NMPT. He traveled by tandem with his wife Moira, camping along the route. The program, a UBC UBC partnership, aims to train doctors for rural practice with 20 communities contributing funds toward a 6 million endowment.
