Chetwynd RCMP family roots into thriving garden oasis

Chelsea Hromadnik, master gardener for RCMP family in Chetwynd, transformed a neglected yard into a tranquil landscape with rock borders and colorful beds. Their vegetable garden grows beets carrots onions beans peas and rhubarb while tomatoes thirst for sun. Chelsea, used to Invermere, notes harsh winters and planting timing as hurdles and plans seasonal projects in preparation for possible extension of the posting.
