Judge D M Levis presided as Elvis Peter Paquette pleaded quality to assault and elected trial in Provincial Court. Paquette moved to Dawson Creek to stand trial for assault causing bodily harm while Darren John Lewis also faced similar charges in province. Rodney Frank Courtoreille received sentences for failing to comply with order and obtaining credit by fraud. Joseph Laverne Anderson fined 500 with 21 days to pay. Ronald J Cardinal jailed four months plus twelve months probation for assault and additional fines for mischief. Robin Roy Paquette ordered to stand trial in Dawson Creek for uttering threats. James Paul Roe jailed 30 days for possession of stolen property.
