Environment Minister Stephen Rogers announced the Environmental Laboratory in Vancouver will provide testing for individuals, not businesses, for 5 dollars. A sampling kit and instructions are sent after payment, with results mailed in three weeks along with guideline booklets.

Realty World to Open New 12000 Sq Ft Office Building
Realty World plans a half million dollar, two level concrete and brick office building in downtown Chetwynd next to the theatre. Julia Jenkins states construction starts this week with July 1 1980 opening. space for rent in the professional offices. The project features a sky lit central court mall and 12000 square feet of gross space. The venture aims to serve remote residents and test water at vacation properties.
