Chetwynd Council Delays BC Star Plant Plans
Regional District official says a late ministry letter caused confusion over BC Star Texaco’s Stone Creek gas processing plant. The letter said the project would proceed releasing about one tonne daily of sulphur byproduct, but council notes the project remains on hold amid new environmental plans.
