Coal trucks prompt direct talks by Chetwynd council
Chetwynd officials plan one to one talks with Maple Leaf and Walter Energy after complaints about coal trucks parking in town. Councilor Weisgerber called the issue an eyesore and urged action to enforce traffic signs. A meeting with Maple Leaf is planned next week to discuss compliance and parking rules.
