Letter to the Editor on service quality in Chetwynd
A reader named Dave Berard laments poor customer service across multiple Chetwynd businesses. He cites missing posted hours at the post office and dentist, untrained propane service at Petro-Canada, long shoe department waits, rental shop damage fees, front-desk absence at Johnson Rad & Muffler, and unreliable Chinook Cable TV service. He warns that a few bad experiences could ruin the town’s reputation as merchants improve before competition grows.
