Robert Livingstone Found Alive and Well in Fort St John
Robert Livingstone was found alive in Fort St John after being reported missing on March 25. RCMP halted the search March 27. He had left Chetwynd by taxi March 21 en route to Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, and was angry about the missing person report.

Chetwynd RCMP and North Peace Search and Rescue responded to a SPOT GPS beacon activation by six sledders. One Fort St. John man suffered spinal rib and pelvic injuries after a ravine fall near kilometre 55. he was airlifted to Fort St. John hospital. The other five sledders were unharmed.
