Ladies Auxiliary Blood Donor Clinic Planned

Golden Jubilee Celebrated for Sister Veronica in Chetwynd
The Parish of Our Lady of Peace held a mass and social for Sister Veronica's Golden Jubilee. Gifts included a birthday cake and money from C.W.L. Friends displayed yellow roses and daisies. Attending were Father Emile Jungbluth, Fr Bill Sweeney, Fr Devlin, Fr Conway, Sisters-West members, and many parishioners. Veronica joined St Joseph's Convent in 1930 and professed vows in 1936, teaching until 1978 and later guiding religious education in Chetwynd.
