In Pol léckaville North Carolina Moses John Miller and Alexander Bibb competed for Leonora Lloyd’s hand after both sought marriage licenses. Bibb fainted on the porch near the home of Col. Lloyd. Leonora chose Bibb saying he loved her most for risking all. Rev Aaron Jasper officiated the wedding.
