Mrs. Clara Boomhower aged 38 died at home near Morton on September 26 1893 from a complication of diseases She was born Clara Drew in Illinois July 29 1869 and moved with her parents to Currie Minnesota In March 1882 she married Abraham Boomhower They left two adopted children Mabel Clare and Fred Lewis and sisters Mrs M E Lang and Mrs George Northrup in Minnesota Surrounded by charity and cheerfulness she faced many trials including the loss of her husband and mother within months The reaper came as an angel bearing the soul to everlasting life
