Mrs Jacobs of Portland, mother of Mrs Verstandig, returned home last week. W H Woolridge cut his hand badly with a saw. H J Barnett and Mose Turner have gone to Aberdeen to work. A Snohomish man plans a double block shingle mill here. Postmaster Stopper was in Portland last week marketing spuds. Mr Antrim has just got out another lot of ship knees for a San Francisco firm. Mr Perry has moved his family to Aberdeen. J A Rundle will look up a new location on the Sound. Success to him wherever he goes. H E Hunt will go to Alaska. Mrs Hunt will stay in Portland during his absence. A Olsen and Mr Broadbent have secured a contract to extend the tunnel in the Polar Star to crosscut the ore vein.

Miss Mattie Stout visiting sister Mrs. McNee. S A Skinner goes to Chehalis on business.
W W O Connor leads a crew at Elev en Consolidated Co mines while Andy O son J Broadbent and Gust John Anderson hold tunnel contracts on Polar Star and Green River Lode. Gr Anderson visits Olympia on mining business. Windom correspondent hinted at breezy local coverage as Frank Carson sights Toledo.
