Nieholy of this city has been appointed U.S. court commissioner by Judge Hanford. He is noted as one of the best known young men in Lewis county and his administration of this petition is expected to show the same competence and meticulous attention to detail he has shown in prior trusted roles.

The speaker recalls a fallen commander and commits to duties toward comrades and nation. Resolutions express sympathy to the soldier's widow and fatherless sons, pledging to ease the family’s sorrow and to record the resolutions in the post minutes and deliver a copy to the deceased's family.
At a June meeting the adjutant was directed to thank Comrade M T Curry of Centralia for a moving Decoration day oration and Rev T E Elliott of Chehalis for a touching sermon. Levied on the defendants real property in section 34 township 13 north range 1 west Willamette meridian.
