Aeronaute Crash Kills Two in Eureka California
In Eureka California on July 8 professor George Weeton an aeronaut and his assistant H Scottan from Aberdeen Washington were fatally injured in a balloon ascent. The balloon rose sixty feet with Scottan entangled in ropes. he died from fractures and bruises. Weeton clung to the parachute and was carried by wind into trees where he died in a crushed, mangled manner.
