Death After Accident At Home In 32 Caliber Revolver
Charley Lar died after a Sunday accident when a revolver discharged as he tried to eject a cartridge at home. He was about 27, married six years to Bessie Ericson, survived by a brother Lewis Larson. He worked at Doernbecher furniture factory and was well regarded. Funeral held under Woodmen auspices. He leaves $2000 life insurance.

Burglars Strike Two Stores During Night Storm
Monday night burglars robbed Hartman and Nathan's and Maynard Everett and Co's stores. Hartman loss estimated at about 125 dollars after breaking a rear window and looting clothing and gear. Maynard Everett front door forced open, till robbed of around 3 dollars and various weapons totaling about 50 dollars. Local opinion split on whether tramps or local residents committed the crimes.
