City Council Hears Reports and Grants Liquor License
The council met Thursday evening with Mayor Stewart and councilmen Maynard Urquhart Lynch and others present. Quarterly reports from the treasurer and clerk were referred to the finance committee. T. C. Rush was granted a liquor license. The city marshal was instructed to enforce the ordinance to require citizens to remove filth and offensive matter from premises and adjacent streets and alleys.
