Doernbecher plant sold at public auction for 23000
Master in Chancery Thad Huston sold the entire Doernbecher Furniture Manufacturing plant and stock at a public auction Tuesday morning at the court house. The 23000 bid for full plant and stock was accepted though sale awaits judge confirmation. bidders included S Harman of Tacoma and F S Doernbecher for the new Doernbecher Manufacturing Co. The new firm holds most of the old claims and plans to restart operations at full capacity soon.
