In McIntosh County Oklahoma District Court the sale of real estate follows an April 17 1917 order in a foreclosure suit C L Root vs Ella Malvern et al No 1841. The property is the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 3 town 12 north range 17 east containing about 40 acres. The sheriff will sell May 23 1917 at 2 pm at the front door of the courthouse in Eufaula for cash to satisfy 798.54 plus 17.50 costs and 10 percent interest from March 15 1917.
