Searchers Find T C Nashs Body
Theodore C Nash principal of Boyd Negro junior high school fell or jumped into the Kanawha river from the Kanawha City bridge Saturday afternoon. His body was found by three men while rescuers dragged the river near the bridge. Funeral services are set for tomorrow at 2 30 PM at First Baptist church in Washington street with Rev Rich ard H Hill officiating. Surviving are his widow Louise Conway, mother Nellie Nash, a daughter and grandmother Elizabeth Nash. Nash attended West Virginia State College and Howard and Columbia universities, where he planned to earn a master’s degree next summer.
