Mingo Couple Killed in Train Car Crash
A Mingo County couple Elbert Blevins 62 and Lammie Blevins 32 of Borderland were killed when their car was struck by a Norfolk & Western Railway train at about 8 PM. Mrs. Blevins died on arrival at a Kentucky hospital, and her husband died hours later, hospital officials said.
