LAS VEGAS March 4 INS Mrs Maria F Gable second wife of Clark Gable charges physical desertion saying he left her three and a half years ago. She filed the uncontested divorce action five minutes before the courthouse close. The hearing before District Judge William E Orr is expected to be brief. Maria is identified as Rhea in public reports. The couple wed in Santa Ana California in 1931 with no children or property involved.
