Court Upholds Ban on Highway Sign Proximity to Public Places
Circuit Judge Bouchelle sustains state demurrer in case by Freed Stone doing business as Poster Adverscan Stone. Sign restrictions within 50 feet of churches schools and cemeteries upheld as promoting public safety amid fast highway traffic despite esthetic justifications.
