Decomposed body found under bridge in Kanawha County

The Kanawha County coroner ruled the cause of Russell Anderson’s death undetermined after his decomposed body was found under a bridge along the Blackwater side of the Kanawha River. Investigators noted no signs of foul play and traced the man to the Worthy Hotel area.

Byrd and Boyd to address West Virginia Chamber meeting
