He was born October 14, 1679, in Charleston and survived by wife Bessie Daniels Young and five children. Also surviving are two sisters and two brothers, with extended relatives in South Charleston Chicago Middleport Ohio. The Young family had lived in Charleston before moving to Chicago about a dozen years ago. He was formerly employed at the Charleston National Bank.
