The Charleston Civic Arts Center plans an open meeting at St John s Parish House on Quarrier Street at 7 30 p m to discuss a proposed shared arts center for Allied Artists Kanawha Players Children s Theater Symphony Orchestra Open Forum and Chamber Music Players.
