Tuck, Mingo County, and Boyd Bowe of Naugatuck were arraigned before Justice KH McComas in Madison on grand larceny charges. Cpl G M Scott and Trooper BR L Casey state police say stolen copper was placed with receivers to determine the exact amount. Marcum was on parole at the time, and Bowe had been on probation.
