Stool Leg Rammed Into Man's Forehead in Bar Fight
West Virginia man Edward Woodall 35 of West Hamlin was injured Tuesday in Chillicothe when a bar stool leg was rammed into his forehead during a fight at the Playhouse Cafe. He was transferred to Grant Hospital in Columbus for skull surgery and listed in critical condition. Ezra Nunley of Chillicothe was arrested on assault with intent to kill and later released on bond.

Injunction Is Dissolved In Locomotive Safe Case
Mercer County court dissolves a temporary injunction ending the fight over a Virginia locomotive transfer and a segregated pool, as Princeton officials fail to prove ongoing danger.
