The presentation was made by Harry Blethen of Huntington who earlier thursday was elected Confer ence Lay Leader for a four yer term. The conference also re elected Virgil Ware of Clarksburg conference Secretary re elected Forrest Campbell of Parkersburg conference statistician and elected Ronald c. Kyger vice presi Dent of first Huntington nation Al Bank to be conference treasurer. All terms Are for four years. First Huntington Natrona Bank was named As seat of the conference funds.
