Detention Held Illegal by Court in Kanawha County
Kanawha Intermediate Court Judge George Wood ruled Eddie Taylor 19 of Star Route Tornado was illegally held in the county jail after an April arrest on a fugitive from prosecution charge from South Carolina for breach of trust with intent to defraud. Habeas corpus petition led to an extradition warrant signed by Gov Arch Moore. Taylor remains jailed as attorney Cleo Jones prepares further petitions and a South Carolina agent may appear to identify him.
