Parkersburg Bridge Sale Dispute Cleared by Court ruling
The West Virginia Supreme Court ruled on the Parkersburg bridge sale case, voiding the sale if Crawford bonds for 300 per share to buy stock at 300, initiating a remand to accept Crawford's 175,000 dollar bid with interest. The decision also grants new trials in Greenbrier County for murder cases and allows license fee collection for punch boards as not enjoined.
