The State Supreme Court yesterday rejected Chauncey D. Hinerman’s bid to be ruled a stockholder in the reorganized Marshall County Bank without paying a stock assessment. It ruled Hinerman’s 151 shares entitle him to a proportionate share of the bank’s assets from 1938. The court also approved a $375,000 revenue bond for a Fairmont municipal parking lot and upheld a Workmen’s Compensation suit to recover $4,376 in benefits paid in error to George W. Pritt. A Galloway man seeks appeal from Barbour Circuit Court over a felonious shooting conviction.
