Lt. Charles N. Austin, held 25 months by Germany, arrived in New York Sunday morning. Son of Mrs. H. C. Austin of 318 Riverside Drive and the late Dr. Austin, he will report to Ft. Meade Maryland before proceeding to Charleston. His wife, Mrs. Ruth Vinson Austin of 1110 Washington Street, will join him in Washington, D.C.
