Corporation Moves To Dismiss $100000 Suit In WV Court
Godfrey L Cabot Inc of Charleston moved to quash service and dismiss a $100,000 breach of contract suit filed by Ligon and Ligon contractors of Baltimore. The defendants contend no party resides in the district and question West Virginia jurisdiction over a Massachusetts resident plaintiff with Maryland offices. The case involves a 45 mile gas pipeline from Sissonville to Bighend, completed last December.

Died at a Charleston hospital yesterday after a long illness. The body was removed to Casio's Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Rayford Methodist Church. Rev. William Bryant will officiate and burial will be in the Ameagle Cemetery.
