City police investigate a stolen car linked to the theft of a 400 pound safe containing 300 from Travelers Insurance Co office at 1206 Kanawha Blvd E. The damaged cafe was found in DuPont City. Detectives received a license number for a car owned by Martin A Richardson of East Woodland Drive. The vehicle was later found abandoned on McClung Street with safe fragments inside.
