Low Bidders on Bonds Take Second Issue
West Virginia sold its second 500000 road bonds yesterday at the all time low rate of 1.7154 percent. A Lehman Brothers led syndicate, purchaser of a similar amount Tuesday, exercised its option under the same terms. The issue will be retired at 20000 per year from Sept. 1, 1961 to Sept. 1, 1964.
